When we say “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” in this document, we are referring to Cordinade Inc. (sometimes referred to as "Actually"). When we say “Services”, we mean any product created and maintained by Cordinade Inc., including but not limited to any content, information, product, experience, service, or interaction whether delivered within a web browser, desktop application, mobile application, or another format. When we say “You” or “your”, we are referring to the people or organizations that interact with us in any way, including but not limited to making an account, taking a quiz, and signing up for a newsletter.
Our Services include wellness experiences designed by therapists and coaches, but these experiences are not therapy in themselves. We are not a medical group and do not provide medical care. All Services are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or recommendations, including all correspondence. We will often operate as a directory to find and match with qualified therapists or coaches for private sessions, but we are not a direct provider of therapy. Although we take every precaution in vetting the therapists and coaches you may be matched with, you should always check them yourself as well and your use of our Services is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms of Service in the future. We care deeply about your privacy and want to be clear about what, why, and how we collect information from you. Please read this policy carefully.
When you use our Services, now or in the future, you are agreeing to the latest Terms of Service and represent that you are of legal age and in the United States. If you are under the age of 13, you may not use this site or our services. If you do not agree with this policy, you may choose not to use our Services. That’s true for any of our existing and future products and all features that we add to our Services over time. There may be times where we do not exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service; in doing so, we are not waiving that right or provision. These terms do contain a limitation of our liability.
We may update this policy here as needed and changes will be effective immediately. Although we may update you of major changes via email, we may not inform you outside of this document and we encourage you to review these terms for updates in the future. If any part of this document is void, it will not affect other sections.

For example, when you sign up, we collect your email and ask several qualifying questions to better understand your situation and needs. It is always your choice to not answer. As part of our Services, we may match you with a therapist and share basic information about your needs and goals with them. We store information in password protected documents and delete them when no longer needed. Do not share with us any information at any time that you are not comfortable being made public if there were a breach or security incident.
We use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Services. For example, we use third-party tools like Zoom and Tawk to communicate with you via video and chat, services like Stripe to process payments, and services like Mailchimp and Typeform to communicate with you and store your information. These third-parties have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them.
We will not sell or lease your information to third parties without your permission. However, if we are acquired or merge with another company, your information may be transferred to the new entity.
